[WriteLog] Newbie desiring information on WriteLog

This comes under Murphy's Inverse Law ... #14...
As the date of the event gets closer...........
The amount of time required to make the fix ... becomes longer.......
The break time even for any fix is 3 weeks ......
And this does not matter how big .... or small this fix is ....
Murphy always wins ....    he has plenty of time to intervene....
