[WriteLog] Saving the Screen Layout

I am setting up a laptop with Writelog 10.18 for a DX Pedition I am
going on.  I am an experienced Writelog user, but ran into a problem.

No matter what I do, I can't seem to get the various windows to "stick"
in position, after I close and restart the program.  Yes, I am doing a
save configuration, but when I exit and reopen Writelog, none of the
windows that I want are opened, and I have to view click each one of
them again.

Any idea why this is happening?  I never ran into this before.
