[WriteLog] CTY FILE INCORRECT

Hello,
I downloaded the latest WL cty file from CT. 
In there "4W" is still listed as Yemen!
4W is deleted since quite a while.
4W is now East Timor or whatever the new name is.
I did not check the other countries yet.
