[WriteLog] Need HELP wih W5XD keyer

 I just finished assembling my W5XD keyer, and seem to have run into a
problem. My rig does not seem to key up at all! I hooked an oscope to pin 17
of U2, and I can see the CW is being sent. But it looks like the opto
isolator isn't doing squat. I had to use the alternate part, the
H11A817CQT-ND in my construction. Do I have to change the biasing of R3 and
R4 ? I am trying to key up a FT-990. Any help would be appreciated!!!!!
