[WriteLog] E30TA in JARTS?

A station signing E30TA just answered my CQ on 15M at 2339Z.  A bit weak, but my
beam was in his general direction.  Gave his age as 44.  Found it a bit strange, but
these things do happen.  Anyone else work them in JARTS?
