[WriteLog] Call sign on Logs

To change the callsign WL puts on its reports, you will need to
get a new registration code for your new call from K5DJ. k5dj@writelog.com.
Depending on how long it has been since you got your old one, you might
have to pay an upgrade price for a new code.
