[WriteLog] NA type keying of external voice keyer

Does anyone know if the pulse that is output from the parallel port when
using NA Type DVK can be lengthened?  I have tried to some length to key an
MFJ keyer that accepts NA style voice keyer commands, but seems the lpt data
line signal is not quite long enough to hold the message line of the keyer
at ground for reliable trigger of voice message.
