[WriteLog] converting country file

Downloaded the latest country file, wcty1003.zip, unzipped it and ended with
a file called wl_cty.dat. I was told that needs to be put into the WriteLog
directory then run the Convert CTY to WriteLog. Did that and can see things
happening in the little window but when I type in K5K, it doesn't have that
call in the master call window. What I'm I doing wrong?? Which directory
does it go in inside the WriteLog directory??
