[WriteLog] TS-850 FSK connection?

OK - well, whatever works!  I'm using a single port, COM4, to drive the PTT
line and FSK line.  The signals are being converted to the right level by my
DSP-599.  Based on my previous problems, I can see why you can get away with
using the PTT on the rig control port.
