On the main download page it says:
Sound Board Check V9.22
This is an updated sound board checker that correctly scores newer sound
boards that have a separate multiplexer on the digitizing input and will
work with WL V9.22 and later. Instructions: unzip this file to
sbrdchk.exe and run it.

You unzip the zip file and then run the exe from Windows - It doesn't
work from DOS.  It gives a "score" - I think "7f" is the highest.
There's also some dialog about whether it will do 2R and some other
things in the "report".
