[WriteLog] duplicate numbers

WL version 10.19 will number QSOs differently than past versions. It will
still be possible to get duplicate numbers, but, the on-the-air sequence
required in 10.19 to get duplicates is much less common than the sequence in
older versions.

However, your question was how to "fix" the problem. The answer is DON'T!
Past, present and future versions of WL all log the serial number as sent.
If you edit the number, you change what was logged. Depending on how
thorough the log checkers are, you might very well lose the QSO.
