[WriteLog] a teeny feature request

Curious if I'm the only one who would like:
I GMT clock, maybe in the toolbar at the bottom of the log window next
to the WPM or CONTEST NAME boxes.

I hate doing the conversion to UTC from CDST that my computer is set to.
And contests like this one which start at something other than 00:00
have me doing mental gymnastics. hihi

And sometimes I wake up from a snooze and have to figure out if I was
off the required rest period.
