[WriteLog] Packet Spot Window

Hello,
I am a new user of Writelog and new to the reflector.

I am having trouble making the PACKET SPOT WINDOW work.

Spots do not appear in the PACKET SPOT WINDOW, even though they are showing
in the
PACKET TERMINAL window.  The "bell" rings when a dx spot is presented to the
PACKET
TERMINAL window.

I would be willing to call you for help in leading me through this problem.
