[WriteLog] Writelog.INI ???

There is a simple way to get to WRITELOG.INI that works on all of Windows
95/98/NT/2000:

1. Click the Start Menu.
2. Click the Run button.
3. Type in WRITELOG.INI followed by <ENTER>
