[WriteLog] I can use FSK again

I am having problems with the MMMULTY plugin. I uninstalled the plugin and
my ability to use RITTY as the soundcard tnc returned in full.
I can now again use fsk as my mode on the MP and I now longer have the
problem of being off freq.
