[WriteLog] WriteLog won't work with DXP38

Found the problem.  Well, let's say I cured the problem.  Nothing about this
one made sense, so I did what we all do when nothing makes sense - I
reinstalled WriteLog.  Now it works fine.  Something in the code that talks to
the TNC must have gotten corrupted on the initial install or one of the two
updates I did, but now it works and I'm happy again.  (doesn't take much for
me!)
