[WriteLog] Serial Number

Since the contest start is getting close, and no one has answered (I'd like
to know for sure too), I'm going to guess the serial number goes in the QTH
column. I tried a test and it accepts a 3 digit number, probably would a 4
digit, but didn't try that.
Hope I'm right.
