[WriteLog] Entry window fonts

After a fairly recent discussion of slash zero fonts for WL, it was nice to
add some of the suggested ones to Windows Fonts to try them out.  (Helpful
URLs appear in the late November archived WL messages  @contesting.com.)

The Setup / Log Font tab allows free selection of any installed font.  The
Entry Window Font tab reduces the available choices to only a few very basic
ones -- none of which will produce the slash zero.

I tried editing WL.INI to manually enter a few, but no joy from that either.

Suggestions from anyone successfully using slash-zero fonts in the Entry
window would be most welcome.
