[WriteLog] ARRL 10 METERS

Hi Folks:

       I Played for some hours in the ARRL 10 meters with the WL version
28.c
       I noticed that in the band summary wiondow  does not show the states
as multipliers. Only dx appears and "sec".
       Something must be changed at  .ini file I supose.
       Some help woul be appreciated.
