Eric,
The TT item is a hardware issue with the OMNI-VI+.
If you push the VOX button in the CW mode the rig will not key, with or with
out a computer interface.
The CW default is QSK.  In CW, the radio should ignore the VOX instruction,
but it does not.
I don't see anything in the command set to toggle the VOX on/off.
