[WriteLog] Cabrillo file problems

I've been working on the files for my ARRL 10-meter contest entry. I did 
Contest/Cabrillo file, and then tried to bring down the Category menu, but 
the box is blank and I also can't enter any text in this box. I wonder what I 
am doing wrong here?

I also tried to print out a summary sheet by doing Contest/create summary 
sheet. When I do this, I get a message saying that the file can't be located. 
Again, what am I doing wrong.

I've looked at the help messages, but they haven't helped.
