No software will please all users all the time.
User manuals contain answers for all problems, except yours.
Windows.....enough said.
There are no bugs in software, they are called undocumented features.

Some Do's:
Read the documentation and review the K9JY/AA5AU sites.
Fill in the operator information in WL.
Make sure your country, state, etc. .DAT files are up to date.
Check your configuration BEFORE the contest.
Test WL and interfaces BEFORE the contest.
Check your output (Cabrillo or AD1F) before submission.
If you have a problem THINK.
Check the archives for similar problems.
Post REAL problems.

Some Don'ts:
Post problems during a contest weekend and expect answers. (everyone is
contesting)
Blame the software for cockpit error.
Whine.

If you are looking for limited distribution software that "does it all"
contact me. Plan on adding one or two zeros to the WL price, upgrades extra.
Custom installation, time plus travel expenses.
