Why don't you just give hime the answer instead of rambling?
The message below did nothing except suggest that this might be an indecent
reflector.

the last batch under "WRITELOG SUBSCRIBERS"  put your EMAIL address in and
click edit options.
>From there you'll be able to UNSUBSCRIBE.
