Thanks Steve and all others who are responding:

Now lets go a step further:

I have a USB port,   a 25 pin port ( I assume parrallel port )(
Printer is hooked to another spot )   and a 15 pin port on the sound
card that is lobeled
"joystick" ( which I don't use )

Which of these will work the best??   Is the "joystick"   a serial
port??

When I build the interface and hook it up,  will windows recognize it
and address that port or do I have to assign it??
