[WriteLog] CW keying problem v10.29

Perhaps it is a Windows 95 problem.  I upgraded to 10.29 on my 350 mhz PII
desktop running Windows 98 and it is sending perfect CW via the LPT port.

I installed it on my 266 mhz notebook running Windows 95 and I had the
choppy CW problem.  Uninstalled 10.29 and went back to 10.28 and the CW is
fine.
