Attention all RTTYers,

This year the Hamvention will be held on May 18, 19, and 20. If you are 
planning on going this year and would like to join all your RTTY buddies, 
we have a block of rooms reserved for us at the Holiday Inn Dayton Mall. 
This year the room prices will remain the same as last year at $109.00 plus 
appropriate taxes, etc. In order to reserve a room you must send me a 
deposit and a reservation form to me. To obtain a form I refer you to the 
<rttyjournal.com> web page. There you will find the form and pertinent 
information regarding the Hamvention this year. Please follow the 
instructions on the form to reserve your room/rooms.

We will have all our regular programs up and running. Two banquets, one on 
Friday night and second on Saturday night. We will have a hospitality suite 
both nights after each dinner. An RTTY forum is planned for Saturday at the 
arena. Transportation to and from the arena has been arranged for your 
convenience which will charged at a minimal price. Again, see the web page 
for more details.

Most of the gang starts arriving early Thursday evening and we make it 
point to meet in the hotel lounge. Sort of a get acquainted quick type 
thing which is very informal. I'll have more information for you as the 
time nears. So make your room reservations early, see the <rttyjournal.com> 
web page now. I look forward to handling your request again this year. 
Should you have any questions please ask me and not the hotel, they will 
only refer you to me.
