[WriteLog] WL suggestion

When a packet spot is recognized as a busted call, many will 
repost it with BUST in the call. For example W2UPBUST or 
W2UP/BUST. When listed /BUST, it comes up as China, usually a 
new mult!
I'd like to see calls listed with /BUST or BUST excluded from the 
packet lists and bandmap. Perhaps an excluded list can be put in 
the INI file, so that those who wish to use this feature may have the 
option.
