[WriteLog] Radio Tuning

There are two ways of changing the frequency on the radio that I can
recall at the moment.

Alt F1 changes the band down to the next lowest band
Alt F2 changes the band upward to the next highest band

You can type a frequency in place of a callsign in the Call entry of the
Entry Window, hit Enter and the radio will go to the frequency you
have typed in...
