[WriteLog] Suggestion: Schedule Alarm

Jerry,

One problem with that is the time format -- I run my computer on EST and let
WL compute the offset for UTC. So far, all the windows alarm clocks work off
the system clock with no offset. Also, I only found one (so far) that allows
a text message but the user interface was pretty cumbersome for use in a
contest.
