[WriteLog] Setting Up/Using Audio Recording

I suspect someone's done this already, but I need explicit instructions
on how to set up the recording capabilities in WriteLog.  

I've never used this function, and was reminded of it in K3NA's
writeup of his ARRL CW experience.  I'd like to record the upcoming
ARRL DX Phone contest.  I'm especially curious to know the resources
needed -- I've been using a P166 and have recently switched to
a P650 that I have yet to configure and test.
