[WriteLog] WL to DX4WIN Export

Hello WL Users,

The easiest way for import logs from WriteLog to DX4WIN is using software by
Marek SP7DQR called "wl2dx4win". It is only 250K and works perfect. The
software let you to add your comments to QSO Notes, put the STATE or
received serial number in right field and much more.
