[WriteLog] Entry corrections on CW

Hopefully some day WriteLog will have the ability to recognize a
correction when typed ahead of the same point in the CW exchange.  For
years I had been used to this feature with another popular contesting
program, but it still has not been accomplished with WriteLog.  I would
think ALL serious CW contesters would want this feature.  I had first
asked for it late in 1999 but nothing has been done.

If I type in JA1ACC and hit INS, the exchange begins.  If I correct it
to JA1ABC before WriteLog sends the suffix of that call, it should come
out corrected, as JA1ABC.  I find that no correction made after hitting
the INS key will be recognized in the exchange sent.

Wayne, please have a look at this!
