Yes, you can use the ICOM  ct-17 CI-V to interface your radio to your
computer, and drain your wallet by $130+. Or you can use the MFJ 5383-I
instead. It's 40 bucks at AES. The ICOM interface will work with up to four
radios, but if you've got only one radio, it's kind of a no-brainer.
