[WriteLog] How to modify default section abbreviations

I searched the WriteLog archives but couldn't find the answer.  On-line 
help wasn't much help either.

VY1JA sent YT this weekend in RTTY RU.   Writelog could not determine what 
that meant (it knows about YUK but that's not what J. sent).

How do I modify the list of section abbreviations?
