Come on guys! The FCC assigns prefixes for all the USA and it's
possessions.

I seriously doubt 5% of the FCC staff could tell you what DXCC is. But
in any event, it has nothing to do with the FCC.

There is no problem with the software, it's doing its usually fine job.

The question was asked and answered. It's merely giving the software
additional information.
