WriteLog Ver-9.11 with Telnet Support..

 Hi All, Wayne has added Packet access over TELNET (as an alternative
 to a packet TNC) If the packet spot contains a QSX, and if you're running
 rig control, automatically sets the rig up split.

 We have had heard from several of our beta testers, we think its pretty
 solid. Please check it out and let us know your thoughts.
