Help needed

Hi guys

I work a  PA0WMR/MM  in zone 28
looking for log I have no points  ( 0 zero points ) for this qso.

It should be 3 points as he was in a diferent zone 28 /same continent.(my
zone is 37)

Is the zero points correct ?

Can someone help? rules don't mention the value for /MM qso's.
