NO NO!  The problem is that you want to press the PKT button on the front!
LSB wants audio from the patch or mic connectors.  FSK expects 5-bit Baudot
shift on the RTTY connector.

AFSK via the PACKET connector is selected by pressing the PKT button on the
front panel.  The LSB button will also light.  GL
