[WriteLog] Basic Question...com ports

Rick,
I had zero luck getting a Multi comma port PCI board to work on my Dell with
WINme. So, I installed a USB (Belkin) port and it works FB.
The internal COM1 is used for CW keying/PK-232/SSTV and the USB port is
connected to the Rig (TT OMNI-VI+)
