[WriteLog] White Heat USB to Serial

White Heat handles 5 bits just fine.  Unfortunately, White Heat with
Writelog does not.  White Heat will work for rig logging and tnc connections
but not FSK keying.  Problem appears to be that writelog sends the entire
message, which White Heat (or Windows) buffers, and then clears PTT.  So
White Heat is still sending when Writelog goes to receive.
