[WriteLog] Save Configuration request

[WA9ALS - John]

When I do a Save Configuration, the setting "RTTY Single Tx Lockout - last
one wins" does not get saved.  Seems like it should!  v1026B  Unless there's
some reason I'm missing not to do that, maybe Wayne will fix it some time
around?  Tnx
