[WriteLog] New multi keyer

Hi 

anybody got one of these going yet?

I have hooked mine up via LPT1, but have no keying via the 
dedicated CW ports. I notice that polling is suspended while CW 
is " being sent", and that an internal relay operates when I 
change radio from WL.
