[WriteLog] Manual

I just brought up the manual in the Writelog program group.  I printed it 
all but notice that many of the pages are missing.  That is, the 
help/manual display shows pages that didn't print.  Does anyone have a 
manual file that goes
start <-> finish and includes all?
