[WriteLog] Mouse Wheel with FT1000MKV

A Microsoft mouse with original driver works for me but Logitech not.
Push the mouse wheel to activate the function. Then the mouse pointer
changes to a round symbol and turning the wheel changes the frequency.
MOUSE_WHEEL_HZ=200 moves 20Hz per wheel click.
Also check the mouse system settings under Windows Control Panel. I have the
middle key (wheel) set for AutoScroll. Some other settings also work but
most other not. WIN98SE.
