[WriteLog] Icom/Writelog Interface

Does anybody know offhand whether Writelog polls Icom rigs at a regular 
interval (I think it does), what the refresh period is and whether it can be 
changed?

Also, what address does Writelog use for itself when communicating with Icom 
rigs.

This lot may well be in the help files, but I can't find it .....
