[WriteLog] DTR active during boot patch

Has anyone been able to get the patch from Microsoft to stop DTR and RTS
from being asserted high during PC bootup for Windows ME?  Microsoft
acknowledges the issue and has a patch for it but refuses to give it away
(those jerks).  The patch is only 13K bytes and the file is serum.vxd.  I
hate when I forget to boot the PC first and the radio gets keyed during the
PC bootup.  If someone has this patch, would you please email it to me.
