[WriteLog] Packet Spot

I can't seem to get the packet spot window to work
I don't receive any spots.  The packet window works fine
I checked the writelog.ini file and added the line
about packet time - to 1200 the only other thing in the
pktspotwindow is the size L and W

This is also after I reinstalled writelog because I lost the
scope in the ritty window.  The spot window didn't
work before I reinstalled writelog  any thoughts ????
