[WriteLog] QSO number

I made a mistake entering a QSO during the SSB DX Contest.

I deleted entries # 1 and 2.

My QSO sequence i8s now 3, 2, 3, 4, 5, etc.

How do I renumber the 1st QSO from 3 to 1?
