[WriteLog] BARTG rules?

Hi all,

Now that the arrl dx ssb contest is over it is time to think rtty again.

Where can I find the CURRENT rules for the BARTG rtty contest later this
month?  and also the EA rtty test in April?  Every site I look on either
has rules from 1999 or no links at all?
