[WriteLog] ADIF Import

Hi All,
I am trying to import an ADIF file that was converted from a CT .bin 
file, into WL.  I used LogConv to convert it.  I can get all the qso 
information into WL, except the State/prov.  Is WL trying to read 
something that the Log Conv isn't outputting?  This is for the ARRL DX 
SSB contest, from the DX side.  Here are the first few q's... for 
format:
